Looks like there are more Boxer vs MMA fighters to expect in the next couple of months.  CurrentIBF, WBA and WBO Heavyweight Champion Anthony Joshua called out reigning and undisputed UFC Heavyweight champ Stipe Miocic.

Miocic in an interview said: “If the fight happens, me against Joshua would be a great fight.”

Miocic did acknowledge Joshua’s level and have no plans of underestimating the boxer. “He’s tough, he’s a champion for a reason. I think I’d give him a run for his money.” Stipe said.

Unfortunately having the Joshua vs Miocic as an undercard for the Mayweather vs McGregor fight on August is impossible.

August 26 is too soon for Joshua. His most recent fight was with the Ukrainian legend, Wladimir Klitschko who he defeated after the referre stopped the fight.
